As you may know, trying to sell your e-book on your own can be overwhelming. At WeBuyeBooks.com, we’ve made it our business to simplify the process for other writers, allowing them to focus on what they do best. In order to give a more comprehensive look into what we do, we’ve provided answers to some of our most common questions.

How much do you generally pay for a book?
Because every book is different, the amount we pay varies on a case-by-case basis. Some books may have more potential to sell copies in the marketplace, while others may be great books, but only reach a limited audience. We will work with you to find a price we can both agree on.
Does the book need to be finished?
No, your e-book does not need to be a finished copy, but it is worth more if it is complete. Whether you’re working through an outline or have a completed text, we can guide you through the process of getting your e-book to market.
Where and how will my book be sold?
Our books are sold by the worlds largest book sellers including Amazon.com and Barnes & Noble. In addition to publishing paperback books, we also format and sell books in the various digital formats including the Kindle, the Nook and through Apple and Google.
How many pages does the book need to be?
The page count is not as important as the quality of the material. As long as it is a good book, it doesn't matter how long it is.
Do you do books in other languages?
We do not currently acquire books that are in languages other than English.
How long does this process take?
We will contact you shortly after you submit your information into our forms. Then, once you have provided us with your book, we will contact you within four weeks. Unlike traditional publishers, we will actually read your book.
Will my name appear on the book?
Yes. We believe in giving credit where credit is due and will be happy to feature you as the author of your work. The only circumstance in which it may not appear is if you choose to use a pen name in place of your own.
What if I copyrighted my book already?
We may be able to purchase the rights to your book, even if you have already copyrighted it. We have a legal team who deals specifically with these types of issues.
Who will own the rights to the book?
After selling the book, we will own the rights to the book.
Will you change the content of the book?
In some cases, it may be necessary for our copyeditors to change certain aspects of your books just as a traditional publishing company would. However, we will do so judiciously and will let you know if any changes.
